Returns and Refunds

We trust to our customers so we want to our customers to trust us too. 

We trully work on 110% on every product so you can be satisfed about it, we want to build a personal contact with our customers so if you have problems with your order please contact with us!

* PLEASE NOTICE THAT EVERY PRODUCT IS HANDMADE AND ONLY IN ONE COPY- THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING. 

Can I cancel/ return my ordered products? 

Yes, of course. If you have problems with your ordered products it's possible to cancel order if :

It's from Ready to Order and we didn't shipped it already - you will get your money back immediately,

You can return your products if:

1. They aren't worn,

2. They have all labels on,

3. They aren't damaged, dirty 

4. You had wrong products, sizes

5. Products weren't tailor made for you!

Before returning products please contact with us! 

Please notice that the customer bears the return costs

In this case we will repay your money when we have tracking number of returning products. 

PLEASE NOTICE THAT WE WON'T ACCEPT RETURNS TO SPECIAL MADE ORDERS! If you have serious reason why you want to return items please contact with us!

How can I return my order? 

Before returning order contact with us and we will you directions how you can do this. 

Returned items must be in the same package you recieved them.

How and when I will get a refund? 

The refund will be made on the same credit card use for the purchase; the necessary refund time depends on your bank.

We will refund your money immediately if you canceled your order before we shipped it out from our warehouse and it's from Ready to Order collection.

Or we will refund your money at the moment when we get a trucking number of returning items. 

What I have to do if I get my order in damaged package? 

We use double packaging to reduce the chance of damaging the product during delivery. Contact us if the product is damaged or opened during delivery. 

After how long can I return the order and what should I do if I miss this deadline?

You have 14 days from the day you received the purchase ( we see that from trucking number ) to let us know you are returning order (delivery time is not included). If you want to return order after 14 days you received an order please contact with us.
